Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Standard Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by country, typically 10-25 business days after processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the package is with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
